Trip conditions and cancellation

Below you will find the answers to the most common questions related to the general conditions of the trips which I organize, as well as the cancellation policy for the same. If you do not find the answer to your question on this page, please send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW DO I CONTRACT A TRIP?

✔ Get into contact with me via telephone or email and tell me which trip or getaway you are interested in. I will send you the available dates, trip details, and answer any questions you may have.

✔ Fill out the registration and consent form. Once completed and signed, send it to me via email to formalize the reservation, along with proof-of-payment for the reservation fee.

HOW DO I FORMALIZE THE TRIP RESERVATION AND PAYMENT?

✔ To confirm the reservation for the trip you want you must:

✏ Complete and sign the registration and consent form
Pay 30% of the total
cost of the contracted trip via a bank transfer.

✉ Lastly, and so that the reservation is confirmed, email me (alex@naturalimits.com), the registration form and proof of transfer.

✔ Payment of the remaining 70% of the cost of the trip must be made 10 days prior to the scheduled start of the same. As with the aforementioned, payment must be made via bank transfer.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL A TRIP?

✔ In the event of wanting to cancel a reservation, keep the following conditions in mind:

▸ The full amount of the reservation payment made may be returned in the event of illness or injury provided it has been substantiated by a doctor. Cancellation deadline: 15 days prior to the scheduled start of the trip.

▸ After 15 days prior to the activity, the amount previously paid for the reservation shall not be returned..

Not respecting the time and date indicated for the start of the trip shall mean the total loss of the reservation amount as well as the rest of the cost of the contracted trip.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GUIDE CANCELS THE TRIP?

✔ In the event that, due to any problem or inconvenience, I as guide cancel the contracted trip scheduled for a specific date, the following shall happen:

▸ I shall get into contact and shall communicate, within a maximum period of 10 days prior to the scheduled departure. An alternative date for the departure shall be sought.

▸ In the event of not reaching any agreement regarding establishing another departure date, return the total amount paid for the trip.

WHAT INSURANCE IS NEEDED?

✔ I recommend that you are the member of a mountaineering club or that you have private accident insurance.

✔ I have accident, and civil liability insurance policies, for domestic trips.
✔ In the event of contracting an international travel pack, it shall be necessary to contract private insurance or be the member of a mountaineering club on an international level..

WHAT IF THERE ARE TRIP CHANGES?

✔ The guide reserves the right to modify/cancel parts of the planned, contracted trip in cases of force majeure (Sickness, weather conditions, etc.)

✔ The guide not guarantee that the fauna described will be seen.
